Areas that we do not deliver are those areas that are restricted or needs/require a permit. No delivery shall be available to premises in buildings which have no legal unloading areas within 60 meters of the building. Delivery service does not include areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without a functioning lift to the 2/F or above. In such a scenario where no lift is available, MPS MART or its staff will require the customer to pick up the goods at a location chosen/nearest suitable by us (Please note in special cases or need of help additional charges will be applied). No delivery services shall be available when typhoon signal No 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
Orders are dispatched within two days after order and payment confirmation. (Please check our Delivery Schedule for accurate day of delivery). MPS MART will inform you 1 day before delivery. We deliver between the hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm.
