Cooking Method: 1 cup Mehran rice 2 cups of water 1 tablespoon oil 1 pinch of salt or as per taste Soak the rice in water for about 30 Minutes Rinse measured rice 1 – 2 times Place drained rice into a saucepan and add measured water, oil, and salt. Place saucepan uncovered over high heat and bring to boil, stir occasionally. Let water reduce slightly below the rice level and then lower the heat. Place a tight lid on the saucepan and simmer for 5 – 6 minutes. |
