Seekh Kabab Masala
Ingredient
“Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Paprika, Black Pepper, Fennel, Ginger, Garlic, Roasted Chick Peas, Papaya, Muskmelon, Long Pepper, Big Cardamom, Carom, Green Cardamom, Caraway, Acid (Citric Acid), Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves.
Serving Suggestion
“Serve with chapati, paratha, onion rings and Mehran Chutney/Sauce. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”

STEPS OF COOKING
- In a bowl add minced meat, onion, Mehran Garlic & Ginger Paste, lemon juice, green chilli, green coriander and Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala (If suet is not added in minced meat then add 1/4 cup butter/oil/ ghee) and grind all the ingredients once. Then knead well and keep aside for 2 – 3 hours.
- Make small meat balls with oily hands. Thread meat balls through skewer and attern the meat balls in a thin layer around each skewer.
- Grill Seekh Kababs on coal re/griller or in oven on low heat. Brush some butter/oil/ghee and rotate the skewer to heat evenly until Kababs become light brown.
