Qeema Masala
Ingredient
“Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Fennel, Onion, Mango Powder, Black Pepper, Big Cardamom, Paprika, Carom, Fenugreek, Acid (Citric Acid), Clove”
Serving Suggestion
“Garnish with green coriander and green chilli. Serve with naan, chapati, plain boiled rice and fresh salad. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”
Preparation Time
45 minutes.
STEPS OF COOKING
- Heat oil/ghee, add onions and fry until they become light golden. Add tomatoes, MehranGarlic & Ginger Paste and minced meat, fry for 6 – 7 minutes. Add Mehran Qeema Masala and fry further for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add half cup of water, cover and cook on low heat unti meat becomes tender. Now add green chilli and green coriander, cook for 5 minutes and remove.
