Tikka Boti Masala
Ingredient
“Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Paprika, Papaya, Black Pepper, Long Pepper, Acid (Citric Acid), Muskmelon, Big Cardamom, Coriander, Turmeric, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves.
Serving Suggestion
1. In a bowl, add Mehran Tikka Boti Masala, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, yogurt, lemon juice and apply to the meat. Keep aside and let it marinate for 3 hours. 2. Heat oil/butter in a pan, add marinated meat. Cook on low ame until meat becomes tender and dry.

“Serve hot Tikka Boti with Mehran Chutney/Sauce and fresh salad. Serving for 6 – 8 people. (1 packet 50g)”
STEPS OF COOKING
- In a bowl, add Mehran Tikka Boti Masala, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, lemon juice and apply to the meat. Keep aside and let it marinate for 4 – 5 hours.
- Place the meat on the skewer on low ame of coal re/gas stove or in the oven. Grill the meat until it becomes tender and evenly brown/cooked all over.
- Brush the meat periodically with butter/oil and turn the skewers to heat evenly until they become golden brown.
*The same recipe can be used to be prepare mutton, sh or prawn dishes.
