Vegetable Masala
Ingredient
“Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Mango Powder, Carom, Mustard, Paprika, Acid (Citric Acid), Caraway, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom, Clove, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves”
Serving Suggestion
“Squeeze lemon juice on vegetable mix Serve with naan, chapati or plain boiled rice. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”
Preparation Time
45 minutes.
STEPS OF COOKING
- Heat oil/ghee, fry onions and garlic in oil/ghee until it becomes transparent. Add tomatoes and cook until it becomes tender. Add Mehran Vegetable Masala and mix vegetables, fry well for 2 – 3 minutes. Add half cup of water, cover and cook until vegetables are cooked.
- Now add green chillies and cook on low heat further for 5 minutes. Add green coriander and remove.
FOR BEST RESULTS
- Heat 1 tbsp oil/ghee, add whole red chillies and curry leaves. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes and pour on vegetables.
